Detail Surveys
Detail Surveys are generally performed on behalf of clients to enable design work. Keystone Survey is capable of undertaking large-scale detail surveys and presenting appropriate and accurate information, to enable design work.
This process includes
- Liaising with the client prior to works to ensure appropriate information is collected
- Full Search of the Land and Property Information (LPI) records to position your property boundaries.
- Full Search of the NSW Control Network (SCIMs) in order to reduce all heights associated with your property to the Australian Height Datum (AHD)
- Provide a copy of the survey information to the client in DWG (available in a number of different Autocad versions) and PDF formats.
Fees are quoted upon a lump sum basis to include all of the aforementioned elements.
